peanut oil is pretty common. I wouldn't risk it.

No. Alot of nut flours are cut with peanuts, to make cheaper and they don't always declare it. Besides which, many of these products are made in factories with many nuts processed so contamination is very possible.

Its almost impossible to stop. A friend of mine only lets her child eat barneys almond butter as they only process almonds there, so her dd is safe as no chance of cross contamination.
