I have Natural Yoghurt & local honey for breakfast during hayfever season & find it very beneficial. Natural yoghurt is a natural anti-histimine, so helps reduce allergy effects & if you use a local honey, it also helps reduce effects of local pollens. Hope this helps . . .

no. it wont help.
pointless for allergies, but if not on yr allergen list a good part of healthy diet.
