Pram liner for ezcema

Does anyone know if a sheepskin buggy liner is likely to help or to aggravate mild ezcema?. I can't find any nice cotton pramliners and heading somewhere hot shortly.

My DD (who had ezcema from 4 weeks old) was sensitive to lanolin and so, for her, a sheepskin liner would have been very bad. Also, I would have thought that sheepskin would be hot and sweaty which will aggravate any rashy/itchy skin. Both Amazon and Ebay have cotton liners and there are probably other suppliers. Or you could use a cotton cellular blanket, folded, to pad the pram. Hope this helps.

Ds had lambskin liner and he was fine. It really helps in hot weather as it wicks away moisture. We took it on holiday where it was 44 degrees and it kept him comfortable. But as previously mentioned they can react to lanolin.
