Anyone else in London feel their eyes stinging the past few days?

I have spent the past few days with very sore eyes - as if I've been crying. Presumably it's due to all the wind/dust of the past few days. All those little brown fuzzy bits blowing off the trees also get in my throat....dreadful! Anyone else?
