Support group eczema

Hi- just wondered if anyone could recommend any support groups for parents of children with eczema? My little girl is 2 and suffers terribly. We're seeing a dermatologist, but it's such a minefield, I'd just like to share/compare experiences and ideas.
I live in Manchester, but any online groups would be great, too xx

there used to be one called eczema talk but it was never very busy, does your wee girl also suffer from allergies?

Have you looked into allergies that may be aggravating her eczema?
