Can I just replace butter with vitalite for dairy free baking? Or will it not work/taste nice? Also are there any ingredients I need to be wary I with regards to containing soy when baking? Thank you!

We use Stork margarine as a substitute and don't notice much difference.

You can also use vegetable/sunflower oil in some recipes (such as banana loaf or carrot cake), but I find that it can be a bit oily.

Recipes which call for buttermilk or cream - I use Oatly cream as a substitute.
