My little boy is allergic to CMP and eggs and also has food intolerances to tomatoes, celery, coconut, blueberries, strawberries and soya. He his currently on pepti junior, after being breastfed till 8 months, but doesn't drink very much. He has very low weight gain and was wondering if anyone can recommend high calorie, high calcium recipes.
He also seems to pick up any bug going around so I'm trying to get him back to full fitness.

Avocado is fantastic, full of calories and 'good' fat. DS loves mashed avocado and banana, really nutritious. Brocolli and other dark green veg are good for calcium as are sardines. We also used to use DS's hypoallergenic formula in cooking, eg to make custard, choc mousse, etc. I actually used to add olive oil to lots of his food when he was little as his calorie and fat intake were so low.
