I give my ds apple flavoured rice cakes, milk free choco buttons, alpro soya yogurts, jelly tots, fruit, ready salted pom bears..
Places like sainsburies and tescos have whole sections of milk free so keep an eye out.
It's really just a case of checking labels though.

Read labels and buy the same stuff! I think Tesco value bourbons are dairy free, value garlic bread is, a lot of the cheaper stuff is as they use marge not butter, I have had no success cooking with pepti so use alpro junior. Also, ds' dietician said he should be on pepti 2 from 6m as it has extra vitamins/minerals to support dairy free weaning/diet! Good luck Smile

Have you seen a dietician? They gave us a list of foods containing the cmp which made it easier.

Please tread carefully with soya. Lots of children with cows milk protein allergy are also allergic to soya protein.

My 11 month old DS (diagnosed 5 weeks ago) was advised to swap to soya then had an allergic reaction to a soya yoghurt.
