I'm trying to introduce soy into DS's diet.
I've managed to get him to tolerate bread & hidden soy and a couple of days ago and today he had 2 spoons of soya yoghurt.
I'm not sure what the next step is, thought I'd get some advice today at his consultant but he just said I was doing well with it and keep going slowly.
Should I just keep upping the yoghurt and see how he goes? Then maybe start replacing his oat milk bottle with soy?
