My dd has an allergy to white fish. Confirmed by a challenge test. She has been prescribed an epi pen. I don't have any cod etc in the house- DS has to get his fish finger fix at school! I have notcied recently when visiting the supermarket she complains of itchy eyes and I have suddenly realised that this while going past the fish counter. Luckily I charge past the counter and the symptoms pass off. Will this mean her life is going to be pretty restricted if she is so sensitive? They serve fish at the local primary school she is due to attend in a couple of years time. Wil shes always have to come home for dinner? Will she be able to go on planes ? Sorry for the questions but I feel a bit lost. Does anyone know if she is likely to grow out of this?
