Hi,
Can some one please give me advice on childcare options-childminder/nanny for my 3 yr old ds.

Not sure if your DS is allergic of not but, if you are asking about the options because of your child has an allergy, what I can say is to choose a childminder/nursery that have experience with restricted diets basically because you wnat something to take your instructions very seriously, and depending in the allergy/ies some times the best bet is to send packed lunches.
