Swimsuit for eczema?

Can anyone advise me on a suitable swimsuit for my 2 yr old who has eczema? All the eczema suits seem to be for babies. We're going to centerparcs next week and it would be a shame for her to miss out on swimming.

You can get one from here:-

www.splashnswim.co.uk/nappies.htm

They advise on the web that you use barrier cream before going into the pool and rinsing off thoroughly before reapplying after the swim.

Lots of shops sell the long sleeved and long legged swimsuits up to age 4 or 5 (eg Matalan, Asda etc) and we always use those with lots of barrier cream on underneath (less opportunity for scratching!).
