My DS is potentially anaphylactic to CMP, egg and peanut. He is teething at the moment and dribbling lots and his face is getting really sore around his mouth especially. I need a safe and gentle moisturiser, does anyone have any suggestions?

Pure Potions is good. Soothing and healing, gentle and great for eczema.

Weleda baby moisturiser is brilliant.

I've just had a look on the Weleda website, as it's been a while since mine were small. It looks like it's been re-branded as Calendular Weather Protection Cream. It was great for DS2, who had such dry skin on his face as a baby, that it used to crack and become infected. We stopped having problems when I found this.

Thanks will look for both those, that's really helpful

Aveeno worked for DS. However, different children get on with different creams, so you may have to try a few before you find one that suits.
