Please can anyone give me any good cereal ideas that is not Oatibix or Porridge please? Does anyone make their own? Or can you ever buy Oat Cheerios anymore?

Many thanks

There's a Quaker one, Oat Crispies or something? Not too horrid. :)

Thank you Panzee - will try for sure. Thank you.

Oatmeal is much finer and has a lovely grainy texture, or oatabix

Have you looked at Kellogs Multigrain Shapes? The only allergen listed on the box is oats, and they taste lovely! Ingredients listhere

Thanks for the tip casabevron I will try my DS on those for a change I think.

BlueBumedFly · 12/11/2012 09:40

Oh yes!! Fab idea! Also, if you mix them with chocolate (when making 'rice crispie' cakes, they taste like toffee crisp!

I will buy those for sure, had totally forgotten about those - thank you!

I really like this granola - tasty if quite sugary. However, it lists various will/may contain allergens, so don't know if it would be suitable or not.

BBf, you may now be responsible for the total loss of my already-disappearing-post-children waistline Grin Does sound delicious though!

BlueBumedFly · 13/11/2012 18:47

Thanks so much, I will try the granola for sure.

Casabevron - they are silly-good, I might start a new business venture :)
