eczema - does anyone know if bach flower remedies crab apple is a remedy?

My friend has recommended bach flower remedies as a remedy/help for eczema. Has anyone tried this, has it been successful and is it OK to give to kids?

as i understand it flower remedies are constitutionally prescribed rather than relating to specific complaints, so need a bit of research and thought (or trial and error) to get the right one
