Vitamin Supplement which is Nut Free

I am very allergic to nuts and have decided I need a to take a multi vitamin for a while as i am very run down. Can anyone recommend a supplement that is guarenteed nut free please.

There's a company called 'Allergy research' who manufacteure vitamins/supplements etc. I'd think they'd be worth a google.
