anyone else had their hayfever come back?

Or is it just me.

Thought it was gone for the year and curious as to what I am reacting to.

My DH had this one year so he finally agreed to go to the GP after decades of suffering. Got allergy tested. Turned out yes, was allergic to grasses etc...but was actually hugely allergic to dust/dustmites. Got treatment plan and we are now on year 4 of pretty much zero nasal and minimal eye problems.

Maybe worth getting it checked.

mold allergy is around this time of year, and dustmite rises once the centrol heating is on.

get a blood test done with gp.

dustmite allergy is actually a lot easier to deal with that hayfever - the correct matress covers and a nasal rinse have worked miracles for my DH. AM guessing he is not a big fan of the nasal rinse (yep - pouring salted water up your nose) but he is 100% in agreement that life is sooo much better now.

That is reassuring :)

It is also an excuse to get a cleanee
