Any one have a child that takes this for allergies and has begun bed wetting.my dd has been dry for a couple of years at night but is now on a daily dose of cetirizine and has started bed wetting. Any thoughts? Says on bottle is a possible side effect bUt in less than 1% of people.

I have no medical qualifications, but I know that for holders of aviation medicals Cetirizine is a prohibited drug due to its sedative side-effects. Could it be that it is making her sleep more deeply and not wake up when she "feels the urge"?

We are allowed to take Loratadine instead, though. Might be worth asking your GP if he could prescribe that?
