ok my dd is not allergic but for health reasons we no longer give her milk. Need interesting and inventive ideas for dairy free packed lunches. Nuts r not allowed at dd's school either.

So wise MN-ers let's hear those ideas :)

have you tried hitting the vegan web sites? they give lots of recipes that have food high in calcium, etc when you avoid animal milks.
