My dd has a rash only on her face. It started small around her nose and it has now spread to the whole of the middle of her face half way down her neck. She has had it for 3 days and I've given her antihistamine and paracetamol. I think it was sun cream but can't be sure. It looks very red slightly raised fine bumpy dry and her face looks puffy. It's not like hives. Any ideas please? We are on holiday and I'm not sure what else to do?
