DS has a suspected CMPI so I'm dairy & soya free while BFing. I've been given some homeopathic teething powder which everyone has recommended to me but it contains lactose.

Can he have these?

As its the protein he has problems with I'm assuming lactose shoUld be fine but may be in wrong

Lactose is the sugar from milk, so if its specifically CMPI, then lactose should not cause a problem.

Lactose intollerance is rate in babies, your breast milk contains lactose so I think it should be fine.
