Can you help give me the phrases for

Dd must not have any dairy including milk, butter, cream or yoghurt and cheese.
Is there soya or soya flour in this?

I feel vaguely confident with my French to speak this.
I would also like to print off some of my own allergy cards to take.

It's a minefield. I am going to miss out on all that lovely cheese.

  1. Ma fille ne doit manger aucun produit laitier, y compris le lait, le beurre, la crème, le yaourt et le fromage.

If she is allergic I would say at the end (car elle est allergique).

  1. Est-ce que ce plat (or gâteau or whatever it is) contient du soja ou de la farine de soja?

Good luck! maybe you can go for more mediterranean-style food, depending where you're going?

Go this website there are allergy dictionaries in all sorts of languages. DS has multiple food allergies too and it has served me well in french, spanish and dutch. Print off to carry around and I also downloaded the pdf to our iphones so we were never without.
