Loks good! I have vegan friends who are a nightmare to make desert for, and I am sure are sick of fruit salad and a friend with a gluten issue.

But there are few ingredients that I havent seen in supermarkets. I wouldnt know where to get Xathan Gum, rice milk or the egg replacer, so any help would be appreciated!

Xanthan gum and rice milk are available in the freefrom section of supermarkets. I'm pretty sure you can get the egg replacer there too, but I don't need to do egg free so can't say I'm sure. But you could get it from any health food store

Hello
That does look really good!

I'm sure that you could use regular milk in the recipe as I've swapped milk out before in other things and it's been ok. Mind you I'm not the best cook in the world so maybe forget I said that. Blush

We also use the Ener-G egg replacer as DD has a legume allegry and alot of Orgran products are made in a factory where legumes (peas and chick peas) are used on the same food lines. I got it from a local health food shop.

I cant use normal milk as it needs to be for a vegan, otherwise I would.

Thanks for the info :)

hi there. I should have said your regular milk, rather than just regular milk. I can't tolerate milk, so use Kara Coconut Milk Drink and that seems to work the recipes I've tried, including cupcakes.

Sorry for the confusion.
:)
