My 23 month old is a mik monster, she wants it all the time and will only take it out of a bottle. I think that its odd because she was breast fed for 18 months and I only gave her a bottle to wean her off! Over the last 6 weeks she has started being sick one night a week (always Wed/Thurs!? & when shes been in nursery) between 9 & 10pm, loads of vile sour milk projectile vomited everywhere! She also has a recurring nappy rash & a touch of eczema. Can a toddler have too much milk? Is it an allergy or intolerance? She has never refused any dairy & has never had any immediate reaction to it.

You can have too much of anything, and perhaps if your DD is drinking milk at nursery in addition to what you give her it might sort of overload her system. However, if she was really intolerant to milk I would expect her to show more signs of this (e.g. being sick more consistently and not just after nursery). Is there anything else it could be?

Eczema can sometimes be a sign of food intolerance, but there are also many other reasons for it.
