Dairy and soya free bread?

DS is allergic to dairy and soya, it gives him very sore/dry skin and an upset tummy. I'm fed up with picking up all the many different loaves of bread only to put them back because they have soya flour in them. Can anyone tell me which ones don't have soya in them please, it will save me hours in the shops!!
Thanks!

Hello. we get Ener-g gluten free loaf i get it direct from general dietary but i think you can get it in some large sainsburys stores in the free from section.

My dc have this toasted with pure dairy free sunflower spread which i think tastes fine. it's not so good for sandwiches. hope this helps.

Waitrose do a 'best of both' sliced loaf that is dairy and soya free. M&S sell some white bread rolls that are ok. Pitta bread in tesco is ok too.

Also, most of the white 'bake at home' type baguettes and rolls from sainsburys and tesco do not contain dairy or soya, which are a really useful thing to have in the cupboard.

Thanks!
I had already found the Tesco finest loaf (I think it's oaty) but thought there must be more than one standard sliced loaf that doesn't have soya flour in it, seems I was wrong?!
Think I might have to make more use of my breadmaker!

These are all dairy & soya free:-

M&S Crusty White Loaf (some finger rolls are too).
Tesco Wheatfield bakery Loaf (can't remember the full name. It's not on the website, but is in-store. Might be Wholemeal Farmhouse).
Morrison's Baked By Us Sunflower & Poppy Seed (they do 2 kinds, it must be the Bake By Us kind).

Hope that helps!

With a bread machine, it's not that difficult to make it yourself - once you settle on a combination that you like, you can quite easily make up 10 bags of the dry ingredients at a time, and simply pour them into the machine and add the right amount of water whenever you want bread (I substitute vegetable suet instead of vegetable oil in the recipe so that it can be a dry ingredient)

I think that Warburtons are meant to do a dairy and soya free loaf. Otherwise, much more expensive, in the Free From aisle, Genius gluten free bread definitely is!
