was just wondering if anyone had any advice. After months of tests at hospital etc, our consultant thinks that our one year old has severe allergies to soya, dairy and wheat. I'm in the process of weaning her off breastmilk onto Pepti (which is so far going okay), and we're getting all the normal stuff on presciption...but WHAT ON EARTH DO I GIVE HER TO EAT?!!!!!

only just seen this catesmum. You can try:

any meats/veges
rice
wheat/free pasta
fruits
sultanas(careful of sulphur though)

I bought gluten free bread and made cruskits (only way ds would eat the bread)

rice bubbles/corn flakes/oats (if okay)
corn/rice cruskits with dairy/soya free spread
rice/corn/oat cakes with spread
homemade rice pudding with rice milk
wheat free custard powder to make with rice milk
jelly
potato crisps
air popped popcorn (older)

hope that helps
