I feel a bit dumb asking this but I've posted before coz DD is CMPI & possible wheat/gluten intolerant/allergic too. So, I'm trying to avoid wheat/gluten until we see the paed. It's harder than I thought!!! Anyway, I never realised wheat/gluten is in so much stuff & was wondering whether anyone has a list or a good website that advises what to avoid. Someone gave me a list for milk allergy/intolerance & it's fab! Was hoping someone might have one for wheat/gluten too? By the way dd is 7½ months old.

A lot of the tests won't work unless she has been eating gluten, so are you sure you want to avoid it until you see the Paed?

See Coeliac Society .

Not strictly true bobbybobbobbingalong. I have recently had a blood test through York Laboratories which is done with a pin prick so babe could have it. Though best check with paeds say first.
