My dd is 2 and 10 months and she has really rank horrible poos some of the time, it will be explosive and runny and a bit bitty (sorry). Other times which tend to me more late afternoon its a lot more solid. She also is constantly fiddling with her nose which I think could also be as a result of an intolerance.

it could be 'toddler diarrhoea' which they grow out of by the age of 5

one sign of gluten and milk problems is when poo is runny, explosive and floats (yuk I know!) Have 2 ds's with coeliac so been thru the poo thing lots! Try and limit fruit juices and squash and stick to water as these can upset little tums. (toddler diarrhoea) If no improvement or you do this anyway, try and see GP with a stool sample when its runny and they can run tests. Is her weight gain and appetite OK? May just be a phase as she tries different foods etc.
Good luck and try not to get obsessed with the toilet bowl ;)
