and i am not sure how to put a link on, am soooo not tec minded.
can anyone help?

go to the page with that thread and if you look at the top of the page you'll see the ' address' to that page. Highlight this and right click. select the copy option. then come back to this thread, add a new message. in the messsge box right click and select paste. thus shoild insert the link. Then before you post the message, click on the box next to the 'Convert links automatically'. this will let others click on the link you pasted and be taken to it.

I would do it but I'm sending this from my phone which isn't as good as a pc or laptop.
