I have a bread recipe that i like to make but it requires yoghurt. Ds is allergic to dairy among other things can anybody recommend a dairy and soya free alternative to natural yoghurt, does such a thing exist?

I guess you'd be looking for a rice based thing. I found this - www.godairyfree.org/Product-Reviews/Alternatives-Other-Dairy/Ricera-Rice-Yogurt-Vegan-Gluten-Free-Nut-Free-Soy-Free.html
That must be difficult for dairy and soya free. I was dairy free as a child and that was hard.
Best of luck.

Holland & Barratt do a dairy & soya free yoghurt called 'Wot No Dairy' that's based on pea protein if that's any good?

And CoYo apparently are dairy and soya free. You can find it in some specialised food shops, mostly in London. Haven't tried it for my DS, but planning to one day...

Thanks for the suggestions. My guess will be the holland and Barrett will be the easiest to get hold of.
