Has anyone had any experience of treating constipation by excluding dairy?

Thanks

Yep. Excluding gluten and dairy worked for my DS.

I think the gluten was causing the constipation actually.

Often a symptom of coeliacs or gluten intolerance.

If your child isn't showing any other signs of allergy though could just be that they've eaten too much of a binding food like banana or egg or not enough fibre. Try giving them dried fruit, dates and raisins will help the "go". Goodies sell a good apple and date bar.
