has anyone else had an allergic reation to All-in-one cold remedies

my lips have swollen up so big i cant shut my mouth. I have phoned NHS direct and they were very helpful.

Just wondering if this is common?

Heart palpitations with anything with decongestant in it and kids ger hyperactive with phenylanaline. Poor you!
