My 2yo dd is allergic to peanut, tomatoes and poss cashews. She also has had various random allergy rashes to unidentified stimulants. As a result, I've had to dose her every couple of months on antihistamine. So far we've used the Boots own brand antihistimine liquid but it tastes absolutely disgusting and consequently my dd is nowreluctant to take any medicine (even calpol which she used to love). Does piriton taste any better? Or is there a better tasting alternative?

My kids seem to love the stuff they get on prescription, it is strawberry flavoured. Try and get it prescribed.

Piriton is awful, tastes minty! Allerief is strawberry flavoured and much better, as are most of the generic clorphenamine maleates.
