help please what are these spots od dd's forehead (6)

posted in other health pages too but no luck so far
DD began getting these bumps, just the one here and there, when she got chickpox in June. She then got impetigo in september and they have got worse since then. I have been told at gp they are milia. took back again as they did not clear and been told maybe eczema, maybe milia, and given cetraben emollient cream to use. After a week of use they seem worse if anything at all. Anyone have experience of these please? pic attached to profile.

If she were a teenager I would say they looked like blocked pores - which milia are a type of. Doesnt look like excema though its difficult to tell. Is it only on her forehead?. Not chickenpox scars either. Molluscum is a viral thing but I think they are bigger. Look at a few pics - though they dont seem typical of it. here

Bit of a puzzle really. You cant really treat them as anything unless you know what they are

Have they been there consistently since September? Ds had this exact thing after Christmas, but they went away before I got around to worrying about them enough to take him to the doctor. If it's followed other illnesses I wonder if it could be a reaction to the treatment for those?

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. She doesnt have anything in her scalp and doesnt wear anything on her head, no new products etc, but they have been getting worse since June following chickenpox. Will be back at GPs on monday for a referral to a dermo I think.
