Baby allergies / intolerances - how do I find out what foods?

So DD is 7 mo. She gets really bad reflux from dairy and soya, even the tiniest trace through breastmilk which lasts for 12 days until it gets out of my and her system.

She also gets reflux to a lesser degree whilst teething (she has 8 already) so it's really hard to get a neutral environment.

I think she may have had a reaction to wheat, bananas and eggs but due to the near constant teething, i am not sure. Basically as she doesn't sleep when she has reflux, I just cut them all out of my diet.

I definately know when it is dairy or soya due to its severity but how do I go about really working out the rest? It's so hard keeping everything out of my diet.

I'd keep a food diary and take it from there. Sounds like you're doing brilliantly with your DD, not sure I would have noticed the cause!

My 6 month old is similar to yours, bub. I am also trying to find out what she is intolerant to. I am keeping a food dairy and noting alongside how it is affecting her reflux & eczema (she has terrible eczema as well).

I don't have any real advice as i am trying to work it out myself. But I just wanted to wish you good luck. It is awful seeing the little ones suffer this way.
