I have been milk (casein I think) for many years. I gave up eating bread when I was doing WW, but re-introduced it after I hit my weight target. Since then I have felt nauseous, extremely bloated, dizzy and have even had migraines. Could there be a link do you think? No-one in the house has been ill except me so unlikely to be a virus, and also it went for a few days then came back after I ate a sarnie.
