I always get spring hayfever, but never ever this bad. The GP has given me a cortisone injection and I have doubled the recommened dose of anti histamine but I simply cant stop sneezing and my eyes water continuously. Please, any suggestions or advice ? It is spring here, and I am surrounded by lots of plane trees. I understand the cause, but desperately need a solution. Please....anyone ?
