when i was small i used to be alergic to tomatoes they made my mouth swell and id have a rash round about it. so my question is when should i try dd with tomatoes

how old is she? You don't actually inherit allergies, only the tendency to be atopic, so theoretically its the same age as any other atopic child.

personally I would wait until after 12 months to introduce a food that could trigger a reaction. Then maybe a very tiny amount within a dish and see how she gets on. She will probably be fine but no need to take risks if avoidable. After all, loads of food options without using toms.
I know you don?t inherit allergies but it is true to say that people who have food sensitivities do seem to run in families. My sister is allergic to peanuts, so is my dad and my nephew. I have very sensitive skin and DD2 is also very sensitive to different bubble baths etc.

i know she can have it in dishes like spag bol etc but her fav thing for lunch is soup and was gonna try her with tomato but this was what affeted me also raw tomato

best to wait until 12 months, you'd wait that long for any child with a family history of allergy. Cooking changes the proteins, cooked tomato is less allergenic so when you do start do cooked tomato first.
