Have posted this dairy free chocolate cheesecake recipe before, but it was so good today that I thought I'd share it again!!

You really need to blend it as Otherwise it's a bit lumpy.

I love love love that website. Made a hedgehog bday cake from there last month and it was great (although mine looked more like a cross between a stegasaurus (sp?) and a hedgehog!). So nice to make decent stuff that DD1 can eat.

Will defo try out the cheesecake.
