DS2 (just turned 1) has developed a bit of a spotty rash on his face (mostly above his mouth). I've just started putting some infant starflower cream on it and will be seeing the GP tomorrow.

It has been suggested that it may be a food intolerance. Does anyone know how I go about identifying what is responsible (if this is indeed the cause)? I understand I will have to eliminate certain things from his diet, but for how long and is there a protocol I should follow (should I be doing it in a particular sequence)?
