Ds had nut challenge today and is only allergic to two types of nut!

he can eat almonds/peanuts/hazlenuts/brazil and walnuts!!!

still allergic to cashews and pistachio

egg challenge in a few weeks
bring it on!!!

yes v exciting
he was very nervous but ended up really enjoying the day
he's still quite reticent about trying nuts but nice to beable to offer maryland choc and hazelnut cookies...woo hoo!

If allergic to cashew, be wary of supermarket pesto. Pesto only used to have pine nuts, lemon juice, parmesan & basil. Lots of supermarkets now seem to be adding large quantities of cashews (presumably to inc profit margin).

It's great he can eat most of the others though - more things he can try! Good luck with the egg.
