Cetaphil - new product for excema and dry skin conditions.

Bought this morning in Asda. £4 for a 250 ml bottle. Put it on DS, who has had excema since babyhood, and I cannot believe that less than 2 hours later, his skin feels as smooth as a baby's bottom and his sore bits are not sore anymore!

He normally has the 'cheese grater' effect no matter what we put on his skin - doublebase/liquid paraffin has been the only one that has kept it under control until now and even then, not very effectively. I even paid out ££s for the Pure Potions stuff and that did not help at all.

I am going to check with my GP as to whether it will be available on prescription. It is made in Canada and is a lotion that dries very quickly so no irritating sliminess that we have had with the doublebase.

Just wanted to let people know, I am in no way affiliated with the product. It's just amazing to find something that has worked so quickly - my cracked, painful hands are smooth as well!

Always interested in new stuff to try to keep on top of the families dry skin and my excema.

I've just googled it. Lots of discount coupons available and they do bath stuff too.
