NScessity Air Purifier - help finding new HEPA Filter

We bought the NScessity Air Purifier with HEPA Filter & Ioniser for our son with severe allergies and Asthma. We need a new filter for it and I cannot find one anywhere. All the stores sell the purifier (JL, amazon, boots, mothercare, mamapapas, ebay, nscessity, & list goes on), but no one seems to supply the replacement filter including NScessity.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a replacement? What a waste if I have to buy another. If that happens it won't be from that company again.

I am sorry you have experienced problems in purchasing replacement filters, i need to make you aware that you can purchase these directly from myself by calling me on my helpline number 08707652574. Our website is currently being updated to reflect this. Unfortunately the majority of retailers who sell our products are not prepared to stock and sell the filters. Apart from Argos and Homebase Online who stock one of our machines Filters- Our UV Hepa Plasma Model Name: NSAP-602.
However i can appreciate how frustrating it must have been for you and would like to offer you a free filter for the inconvenience you have been caused.
