my 2 get chilli con carne all the time and tahts made with tinned kidney beans

they are 12 mths and 3 years

i remember something from home economics at school, but im sure it was the dried ones that you rehydrate - they can be poisonous if not cooked correctly/for long enough

honestly, my 2 have the tinned ones all the time

I'm sure it's only the not correctly cooked variety that is dangerous

exh once thought that you didn't have to cook them just soak them overnight and was very ill

not poisonous if boiled hard for 10 minutes after soaking.
Very explosive though.

I've been giving my two the tinned versions since they were very young.

So the tinned version cooked in chilli is fine? Are the tinned ones precooked?
