NUTRAMIGEN WHITE SAUCE RECIPE

Sorry for caps but I am trying to find the white sauce recipe in the nutramigen book. Not having much luck on the net. Can anyone help please?

250ml nutramigen, 25g DF marg, 25g plain flour, 1/4tsp sugar (optional), pepper to taste.
Marg into pan, melt over gentle heat.
Add flour, stir to form paste with wooden spoon.
Take off heat, gradually add nutramigen stirring after each addition.
Put back on medium heat, stir continuously until sauce thickens.
Season with sugar and pepper as required.
