Linda Coss has written a book called What's to Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut-Free Food Allergy Cookbook. You can get it through www.FoodAllergyBooks.com. She has also written a book called How to Manage your Child's Life-Threatening Food Allergies. The book is brilliant. Things in there I hadn't thought of such as peanut-shell mulch used in public gardens and dealing with school canteens etc. She is based in US but the information is universal. There are little stories from various people with tips on different situations.

see what your library have. I find it easy just to search on the net as I can just get our particular allergies.
