Has surcare changed formula?

I know the bottle has changed but assumed it was still the same inside

It's still the same - just new bottle

SURCARE POWDER is Marketed has been kinder to skin.
But still contains PHOSPHONATE's and Opitical-Brightners both BAD!4
Sensitive-Skin.
KINDER!/BETTER! !4SKIN+Enviro are ECOVER NON-BIO Powder and
EVEN!-KINDER! !4SKIN than ECOVER is (ECOS Laundry Liquid) this contains
Natural-PLANT! based ingredients+NONE!-Chemical built-in
Fabric-softner derived from SOY/Plant-Based ingredients.
Also has any Mom's tryed MIOCARE Laundry-Powder?, its formulated
for washing BABY's-Clothes , it contains NO!-NASTY-CHEMICAL's.

Has for SURCARE Laundry Liquid this still also contains PHOSPHONATE's
And Opitical-Brightners.
A Better choice would be ECOVER NON-BIO Laundry-Liquid it even
has GHI-Approval, and is KINDER!4SKIN+ENVIRO ,also its
Concentrated so you use less but last's longer.
