Is this possible?

DS has been taking:

-antibiotics (another chest infection)
-antihistamine (piriton)
-Calpol (cut a tooth today, one off but has had in the past)
-Calcium Sandoz

He's had a few rashes after in the past, but hard to know which so I've been alternating days to find out which. I think it's the Calcium, is it even possible to be allergic to this? It's not a small reaction, red and purple blotches on face/neck in minutes with smaller raised spots around the mouth. Breathing regular but ongoing cough/ wheeze which isn't worse than previous days.

Well, I might have answered my own question. 'Tamaris' flavour, seems to be soya. Anyone else?

Depends on the source of the calcium. Antibiotics can cause temporary problems with digestion as it kills off the natural flora in the system. Dairy intolerance is one of the major results of this. If the calcium is from a dairy source it could also be a possible. Just a suggestion.
