Sorry but I have hunted Mumsnet and can't find a recipe, does anyone have any wheat free, gluten free, egg free and dairy free fruit cake recipes?? Please, Christmas parties have been a nightmare so far with my son having massive strops because he can't eat the same as the other children. He has always been fine with his lunch box but has just turned two and can't understand that he will be ill. So any christmas recipies we can share would be great. Thank you.

I might get shot for posting someone elses website, but it's been a life-saver for me this year.
Search for: piginthekitchen
she has some lovely recipes that aren't too hard to do either (and believe me I can't cook much, let alone bake!)
Printing off a recipe is a pain, but you can always copy & paste the bit you want for the kitchen.
I haven't tried the christmas cake, but the gingerbread are a stonking hit with everyone and ridiculously to cheap to make in comparison to the ones in the shops (plus the dough certainly freezes, not tried freezing the biscuits though)

do you use egg replacer, does it give good results? if so i can post a GF DF recipe, and you can replace the eggs

try googling "vegan gluten free cake" or similar

Thank you for your help, hwhite6 I will also have a look on website thanks. Perpetually I do use egg replacer but the last fruit cake I did was horrid, thank you tho.
