EGG!

My ds almostone seems to have a mild reaction when he eats egg. will this stop him having his MMR?

No, it has no egg in it - part of it was cultured on a chick. Ds was offered his in hospital - but he is very allergic.

Is your ds allergic to things with egg in (ie cake). What sort of reaction.

Its only a mild reaction I know, but thought there was a link between egg and mmr,obviously got that wrong!

If you are keen to get it done then just ask the doctor if you can stay extra long after the jab.

Could also push for testing while you are there

he isnt due it yet so will just mention it to HV. Of course I am keen to have it done!
